We designed Tbilisi Gardens project as a cohesive system in a contemporary minimalist aesthetic, where proportion, light, and tactile materials create the main impact. After re-planning, the apartment gained a clear layout: a tidy entry zone, two walk-in wardrobes, a secluded bedroom, a bathroom, and a generous open-plan kitchen–living area with access to the terrace.
The palette is built around warm natural veneer and light wood, stone, and textured mineral finishes with a matte feel, reinforcing a calm, grounded atmosphere. The kitchen relies on contrast: graphite cabinetry, warm timber, and a monolithic stone island, completed by a sculptural pendant light. In the bedroom, the focus is a paneled headboard with soft linear lighting that adds privacy and quiet comfort.
The design is defined by clean geometry and seamless integration: concealed doors, a shadow-gap skirting detail, built-in joinery, neatly hidden engineering, and an even, considered lighting scheme. The result is a functional space without visual noise, where every element supports comfort and a sense of premium quality.
