The apartment on Marshal Gelovani Avenue is a prime example of a successful project brought to life by the international studio Zrobim Architects. The PROSMART team completed a full cycle of work, from rough finishing to full furnishing.

The renovation began with meticulous preparation: demolition, wall leveling, and floor and ceiling alignment were performed using modern technologies and high-quality materials. During the main stage, fitout works such as flooring installation, wall painting, and ceiling construction were completed.

At the final stage, furniture, lighting fixtures, and decor were carefully selected, to create a harmonious and cozy space. The minimalist modernist style accentuated the aesthetic appeal of the interior while preserving the functionality of every element.

The result perfectly aligns with the design concept and is ready for comfortable living.
